Who we are

OBYEM is an online store selling everyday essentials. Contact: support@obyem.com.

Products, prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. We can change prices and availability at any time without notice.

Product photos and descriptions come from our suppliers' listings. We check them before publishing, and we say so on the product page when a detail is the supplier's claim rather than something we've verified in hand. Colors can look different on your screen.

If an item goes out of stock after you order, we cancel that item and refund it in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if the price was wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't get the item — and we refund you in full if we do.

Payment

We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. You confirm you're allowed to use the payment method you enter.

Shipping and returns

Accuracy

We try to keep everything on the store correct and up to date, but we don't guarantee it. If we spot a mistake we fix it, and we tell you if it affects your order.

What you may not do

Use the store to break the law, scrape it automatically, try to break into it, or upload anything harmful.

Liability

We're responsible for getting you what you ordered, or refunding you. We're not responsible for indirect losses: lost time, lost profit, or costs caused by a delayed delivery. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
