What it costs

The shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. No surprises after.

How long it takes

Shipping time is listed on every product page, because it depends on the item and the warehouse it ships from. We check it before anything goes in the catalog.

We don't promise a delivery date. The time on the product page is what the supplier states. Carrier delays and weather can add to it, and we'd rather tell you that now than explain it later.

Orders with several items may arrive separately

Items ship from the warehouse that stocks them, and that isn't always the same place. If you order three things, you may get three packages on three different days. Each one has its own tracking. Nothing is missing, it's how a hand-picked catalog works.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as an item leaves the warehouse. If your order ships in several packages, you get a tracking number for each.

If a package doesn't arrive

Email support@obyem.com with your order number. If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, tell us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

We can change an address only before the order reaches the supplier. Email us straight away and we'll try.
